I was approached by Redefine to help concept and design the creature MUNJYA from Maddocks Film latest project, whilst working at DNEG in 2023.
I was asked by the Art Director and Director to help design the main demonic creature MUNJYA. A demon from Hindu mythology. Originally i was asked to just come up with the Concept for the creature but because i worked as a Build TD artist for Dneg at the time, i was asked to take the concept design to final model and texturing. I was helped along the the build process by a other members of the Dneg team in the Lookdev and Groom department. Finally it was packaged up and sent to Redfine to finish off and implement to film.
This was an amazing project to work on and it really let me show off my concepting, modelling and texturing skills when it comes to Creature design.
